6/17/2026 Leaving Spokane

Today we left Spokane, it was a really long process because we still had to do some things for our soil samples which felt like it took forever and when we would think we were done we weren't and somehow had like one more thing to do. We woke up and had breakfast and made lunches then we all had our tents packed at about the same time, me and Lovey had to struggle deflating our bed pads but we got it done and had breakfast. It felt like everything before the soil sample stuff took longer than the soil sampling did. After putting everything away and getting ready to finish our soil tests, we got everything we needed ad did our canopy cover to jot down for our papers we had for the soil sampling. We got the canopy cover things done with the densitometer then we came back to start some of our spreadsheets with our data we got from doing the soil kits to test for nitrates and nitrites, phosphates, potassium, and pH. Meanwhile, Monet was in the RV and this prairie dog got into it and scared her but she got it out and Jessica had to close the door, but there were still prairie dogs trying to crawl up to the door to see if they could get anything. We then ended up doing our spreadsheet and starting our posters, we thought we had all the information we needed but then Gavin wondered about a certain part about the CL-110 canopy cover meter that we didn't know we needed to fill out so he went to ask Jessica about it and we had to add some things before it hit noon and we needed to leave.

The drive was very long and felt never ending, we ate lunch on the road and had to drive to Pasco to the Walmart there which is really huge turns out. After Pasco we headed to our destination, Harris Park, and getting there was easy but Monet told me that fortunately for us they had difficulty finding it one year but then they found this better route that we took so they didn't have to struggle that hard this time. We got there and had dinner, butter chicken with rice and naan, very very good and would always rate it a 10/10. Me and Lovey took our downtime to play some badminton and trauma dump a little then when we got tired we went to hang out with the guys to play some cards (which I somehow am really bad at, besides the game OG). It was a long night but we added one person to the group and she fortunately got there safely. Thankful I woke up this day, stay hydrated and enjoy my picture I took before we left Spokane.
